我国科技期刊刊载中英文关键词是为了便于国际传播，期刊被sci、ei知名数据库收录摘要和关键词能显著增加文章的曝光度，而且读者检索文章的逻辑是读者在数据库搜索关键词，系统根据关键词匹配文章，因此应确保英文关键词的准确性，但仅从国内刊载的期刊来看，中英文关键词不一致的情况很多。

        （1）顺序不一致

        乳腺肿瘤；MCF-7 细胞；JNK 通路；

        PTENbreast neoplas；JNK pathway； PTEN；MCF-7 cell

        英文关键词与中文关键词顺序不一致，其英文关键词依次应为 breast neoplasm; MCF-7 cell;JNK pathway; PTEN乳腺肿瘤;MCF-7 细胞;JNK 通路;PTENbreast neoplasm; JNK pathway; PTEN; MCF-7 cell英文关键词与中文关键词顺序不一致，其英文关键词依次应为 breast neoplasm; MCF-7 cell;JNK pathway; PTEN

        （2）词义不对应

        间充质干细胞移植；RNA 小分子干扰；细胞凋亡

        最后一个中文关键词“细胞凋亡”与最后一个英文关键词 stem cell(干细胞)不对应，且第 1个英文关键词应为 mesenchymal stem cell transplantation。

        （3）翻译错误

        电子伤票；信息技术；后勤装备

        electronic medical tag；information system；logistica lequipment

        第2 个关键词“信息技术”给翻译错误，因为 information system 的意思是“信息系统”，应根据文章内容将第 2 个英文关键词改为 information technology，或者将第 2 个中文关键词改为“信息系统”。

        （4）拼写错误

        疾病预防控制系统；人力资源；公共卫生；长疗程

        disease control and prevention system； human resources；pubic health

        第3 个英文关键词拼写错误，应写作 public health。

        （5）部分中英文缺失

        血糖指数；生糖负荷；血脂

        glycemic index; glycemic load; plasma lipid; carbo-hydrate; dyslipidemia

        中文关键词为 3 个，而英文关键词为 5 个，应将最后2 个中文关键词“碳水化合物”( carbohydrate ) 和血脂障碍”( dyslipidemia)补上。
